I’ve been busy with stuff as well as dealing with family issues.  It’s been really stressful T_T

One good thing though was last month’s loot~ haha.  It actually ended up being my biggest loot to date.  With all the stress and stuff going on I didn’t get to enjoy it fully yet, but I’m slowly going through everything.

So yeah.. it’s a lot, to me at least.  I still haven’t opened everything lol.  The sad thing is that Yukiko’s glasses came broken and missing one of the nose piece thingies ;-;  Hopefully I can fix them somehow.

Anyyywayyy.  Someday I hope I can do more for this blog…

First up are some Persona 4 figures I got from Mandarake.  I don’t own that many prize figures, so I really didn’t know what to expect in terms of quality, but I’m really impressed!  I will definitely be getting more into prize figures now.

Also from Mandarake, I got these solar Teddie thingies… I don’t know much about them, except that the arms go up and down in the sun! lol!  It’s really cute.  I got Rise from Hobby Search last month when she was in the bargain bin.  Nanako is from Mandarake.

Now, on to one of my faaavorite things this month:

The limited edition Pikachu 3DS XL!

As soon as I heard it was getting released here, I FREAKED. OUT.  I really am a sucker for limited edition consoles, even though I really don’t own many.  Someday I will when I hit the lottery ya know ;D  haha.  But really, I’ve been a huge Pokemon fan since I was a kid, so of course I was really excited about this.  Also, if you want to add my friend code feel free! And then of course, I needed some new games to play ;P

Let me just say, Gamestop sucks. >_<  The outer box they gave me for Etrian Odyssey IV was totally crushed :(  The guy working took like 15 minutes just to find it too.  Bleh.  But at least I did get the soundtrack and stuff, and the game was new.

I haven’t played the game very much though.  I highly prefer Fire Emblem: Awakening so far!  I’m about 13 hours in and loving it.  When I finish these games I’m hoping to pick up the new Luigi’s Mansion and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.  Then SOUUULL HACKERSSS!  <3 haha

Last but certainly not least is my AmiAmi monthly order that just arrived today!

I’m really glad it’s all finally here <3  Even though shipping surely is a killer when you get everything at once D;

I’ve been waiting for the Saber Bride figma since… well, a long time.  I can’t even remember how long ago it was when I preordered.  But yay!  Finally here!  I will definitely be doing a review of her, Ultimate Madoka, and Mewtwo.  Yukiko was on sale for 3,000 yen so I went ahead and got her.  She was apparently new, but her box was pretty crushed up on the back T_T  Oh well, still glad I got her at least!

Kanjiiii <3  I actually don’t even own an iPad OR an iPhone 5, LOL!  I still have an iPhone 4.  I’m hoping to upgrade soon and I will use this case immediately <3  As for the iPad skin… I might either sell it or hold on to it in case I get one someday lol

Well, this month was filled with lots of good stuff~ <3  I believe this is the most I’ve ever gotten in one month lol.  I’m very thankful and grateful for all of it ^_^  I hope everyone else had a great loot this month too!  Thanks for reading~

As requested, here is my review of the stuffed Teddie that I got in February’s AmiAmi package :D

As you can see, the box he comes in is very big.  I’ve never actually gotten a plush from Japan in a box.  He made the AmiAmi box huge too.

He’s oh so cute~  His arms and legs are posable, so you can change up his look to display him.

Here you can see that the zipper is an actual zipper, and guess what!  It opens up!

You can take his head completely off, or just unzip it as much as you want.  Pretty awesome!  Another cool thing about this is that there’s a little compartment inside too:

I guess you could hide little things in there or something.

Teddie also comes with this card of Human Teddie.  I believe it’s just a cardboard piece, not a postcard or anything, but I haven’t opened it from the package.

My thoughts on this Teddie:

• Extremely cute
• The zipper adds extra fun factor and use
• Excellent quality

I purchased him on sale on AmiAmi for 2000 yen, so that was a very good deal to me.  You can still find him on other places, but for more than double the price.  Two places I know of are HLJ and Hobby Search.  I think he’s a great plush ^_^

This month’s loot came in a few days ago, and of course I was excited :D

The box was huge.  It might not seem like that much stuff in the picture, but the amiami box was like, bigger than I am.

I think my favorite thing I got is the Teddie plush!  It’s just soooo cuuuute!  I had seen him around on HLJ and amiami, but he was always like 4000 yen, and I never took the plunge.  I randomly saw him on amiami for 2000 yen one day and jumped on it (lol).

I also got the Teddie pin jack thingies that go in your headphone jack.  They are really neat.  I’ve only opened one of them up though, and displayed the rest in my Persona “shrine” (haha).

The Persona poster set was on backorder.  I had wanted them for a while before finally getting them.

I got some Rilakkuma re-ment sets.  I don’t really collect a lot of re-ments, but I love Rilakkuma <3

So many weapons!  Also, a really cool postcard.

Aegis comes with quite a bit of stuff.  There’s the usual figma accessories, such as the figma stand, extra hands, and figma bag.  Aegis has two faces: a normal face with a hint of a smile, and a shouting face.  There’s an extra hair fringe part with her visor.  Then of course, all the weapons!

At first I wasn’t a big fan of the color scheme.  It’s kind of grown on me now though, seeing it in person.  I’ve always preferred silver over gold when it comes to jewelry, so I do like the silver elements on Aegis.

I love the design for this version of Aegis.  I also ordered the normal colored version, which should be here soon.  If you haven’t noticed, I’m really in love with Persona, lol.  So obviously these two figmas were high on my want list.  When the other one arrives, I will have four Aegis figmas!  I definitely don’t regret that, since I do love the character.  I do wish they would make all of the other Persona characters into figmas though.  Sadly, that will probably never happen.  I’ll just have to be content with Chie, Yukiko, Metis, and my little Aegis family (lol).  There’s also Labrys being released soon.

Now, onto the weapons~  Click the picture above and you will see a small piece that comes out of her back which allows you to attach the weapons.  You might want to take that piece out very carefully since the first time I did it, it went flying across the room. >_<

Bam! lol.  After a few attempts, I got everything to stay on.  Aegis looks very badass ;P

I tried to do some of the poses on the back of the figma box…

Aegis family portrait, lol.  You can really tell how cool the new design is compared to the original figma and the heavy equipment versions.  I plan on taking another photo like this once the normal colored one arrives.

Overall, I am loving this figma.  I am a Persona fangirl, so it’s not surprising.  I would definitely recommend her to big fans of the series.  For those who aren’t really big fans or aren’t familiar with Persona, you could probably save your money though.  She was an exclusive, therefore she’ll be more expensive than your average figma.

That’s all for now!  I may or may not do a full review on the normal colored Ultimate Aegis, since she is really similar to this one besides the colors.

A while ago I ordered a few things from AmiAmi for my 3ds/PSP.

I don’t normally buy stuff that isn’t part of my preorders/monthly order, butttt.. eh.  lol.  Kind of an impulse buy.  I really need to not have those anymore >_< haha.

I’m currently job hunting fiercely!  I need a job, any job, lol.  It’s so hard to find any job at all where I live… Wish me luck~  I really don’t want to, but I may have to sell off a few things or extras that I have simply to pay for preorders coming in March and April.  I hope hope hope I find a job before it comes to that though!  From today on, I’m not spending any money unless it’s an absolute MUST (like bills and food and stuff).  At least until April is over and I’ve paid for those darn preorders. >_<  Too much good Persona stuff coming out in those months *o*

Speaking of Persona stuff- My Aigis Famitsu Recolor Figma shipped the other day!  Wheee!  I’m super excited to get her!  I’ll be doing a review once she arrives.  The normal colored version is supposed to be released soon too~

I guess that’s really all for now.  I’ve still got to post my Kuroyukihime figma review, but I still need to take some more pictures to go with it.  It should be up soon though~

AmiAmi had a preorder bonus of a post card and a moekana card.

I think they are really neat. ^_^

As you can see, she comes with quite a bit of stuff.  As usual with nendos, she has extra faces and arms.  She also has a Japanese flag, a car, and the robot thingie… I forget what it’s called.. >_< lol.  There are stickers that go on the car in the plastic sleeve.  I haven’t put them on yet, since I really don’t want to mess up.  So I’m a little hesitant to do it… Anyway, another thing she comes with is a miniature set of the moekana cards.  I believe these are sized for Dollfie Dream dolls, but I could be wrong.  I remember seeing some photos on Danny Choo’s website of a Dollfie holding one of the cards in a preview for Mirai’s nendo.  Either way, they are interesting.

Mirai even has an arm piece which holds a tiny nendoroid sized moekana card~ So cute!

Mirai in her undecorated car, lol.  One day I’ll get those sticker things on.  That also goes for my RQ Miku car and the one that comes with the Racing petites…

I didn’t take that many photos of her because, well.. (and this is another reason why I don’t collect a lot of nendoroids) she kept falling apart when I was taking them.  >_< lol.  I don’t know if it’s just me, or what, but all of my nendos have arms falling off and bodies coming apart whenever I’m trying to pose them.  They don’t break or anything, they just come apart so often.  Mirai’s braids kept falling off, lol.  I still think she is adorable, and a good nendoroid to own.  Hopefully she won’t have the same fate as my figma Mirai… who also falls apart a lot T___T….

The last review I have is for figma Kuroyukihime.  I should have it up in a few days~  After that I’ll need to think of some new things to write about until next month xD

Her box is definitely one of the cutest figma boxes I’ve seen.  Some people appreciate figure boxes, some people just throw them away I guess.  I always keep mine and try to keep them in excellent condition.

Well, she is definitely cute!  I love her outfit.  As you can see from the first photo, she really doesn’t come with many accessories.  I haven’t actually watched this anime.. or read the light novel.. (don’t kill me please lol).  I’m assuming that the first thing is a grenade and the other a crowbar.  She also comes with extra hands of course, including one that holds the grenade.  She has 3 faces including the default winking face.

The material and look of her dress is very cool looking.

Not really sure what you call this face, lol!  It certainly is interesting.  Paired with the grenade you could do a lot of cool photos.

There’s also a surprised looking “O” face.

Overall, I really like this figma.  The cuteness factor wins me over.  The lack of accessories is really the only minor “bad” point.  If you can find her for a decent price though, she is worth it.  As always, if you have any questions or want other pictures/information on this figma, just let me know.  ^_^

She’s so cute!

Out of the box.  After some trying, I finally got her to stand on her own.  I love figmas that are able to do that.  Photos just look so much better without an unsightly figma stand. ;P  Just look at that semi-translucent hair!  I loveeee it.

Her accessories.  She comes with a bottle of champagne (I guess that’s what it is lol), the uhhh shooting out champagne (lol), a closed and an open umbrella, a pink/black checkered flag, a smiling face, and of course extra hands.

I had a little trouble getting her to hold the umbrella, lol.  It’s a bit heavy for a little figma to hold~

As for posability, she can do a lot of cute poses.  I haven’t tried many poses like sitting or anything though.  Those heels make it a little difficult to get her to stand on her own.

All in all, this figma is excellent.  I love the Racing Miku figures… there’s just something special about them to me.  I can’t decide if I prefer the 2012 version over the 2011 version.  They’re both so adorable!

I definitely think she is worth buying and having.  I can’t wait to get my lightbox set up and take some better photos!

I also got a Chromebook at Best Buy.. still deciding on how I like it :P
